The team leader of the respective area and the recruitment partner from the People & Organization (Human Resources) department will take part in a first interview. The purpose of this meeting is to find out more about each other and share expectations. On the one hand we will get an overview of your capabilities and qualifications and on the other hand you will learn about the position and get insights on DKSH as an employer. The following steps vary depending on the position however, the standard process includes a second interview in which you will have the chance to meet your potential colleagues and see our office environment.
