DKSH bags three awards at the Singapore HR Awards 2017 in the respective categories of talent management, retention and succession planning, performance management as well as learning and development, thereby affirming the company’s best-in-class HR practices.

Singapore, July 19, 2017 – DKSH, the leading Market Expansion Services provider with a focus on Asia, has been awarded three awards for its leading HR practices in the Singapore HR Awards 2017, in the award categories of talent management, retention and succession planning, performance management (special mention) as well as learning and development (special mention).

 

The Singapore HR Awards, organized annually by the Singapore Human Resources Institute (SHRI) and in its 12th year, celebrates Singapore’s leading organizations and HR practitioners in their drive for impactful human capital strategies. It serves as a valuable platform to promote and recognize excellence within the HR profession by highlighting leading and innovative organizational HR practices that have greatly impacted workforce.

 

The awards selection and judging process was based on a rigorous four-months-long assessment that included workplace assessments from members of the judging panel. The judging panel of the Singapore HR Awards is made up of advisors from the business and HR arenas.
