DKSH established its first commercial structure in Barcelona in 2000 with DKSH Ibérica. To strengthen its footprint in the Iberian Peninsula, DKSH Group acquired in June 2014 the top-ranking specialty chemicals distributor ZEUS QUIMICA, S.A., thus becoming one of the leading specialty chemicals distribution companies in Spain.
Founded in 1980, Zeus Química, S.A. has been a reference name in the Spanish chemical distribution thanks to its customer-centric and solution driven approach, the highly qualified technical staff and the long-standing relationships developed with its business partners. In 1999, Zeus Química opened a subsidiary in Portugal, Zeus Química Lda. Both companies became part of DKSH Group since their acquisition.
