At DKSH, I have experienced a fantastic international work environment that fosters diversity of thoughts and embraces new ideas. Joining DKSH India’s team for the distribution of food ingredients, I was happy to see that they emphasize on collaboration and focus on making a positive difference, which allows me to identify challenges and address them beyond my own expectations. Working in such an environment makes me feel valued and heard as a team member and has helped drive my career development, not least through internal virtual e-learning platforms which have further enhanced my learning and skills development - anywhere and anytime!

I love being the person who knows the products best. Being a product manager at DKSH, I enjoy learning new things and analyzing the products, market and consumers in my daily work. The more I dig into them, the more I could possibly provide good solutions to the clients and high-quality products to the consumers. Moreover, I enjoy collaboration with my teammates and across different departments, acquiring different perspectives to formulate a more comprehensive and sophisticated marketing plan. In sum, although it is challenging to manage a product, I gain a great sense of accomplishment from it and have lots of fun at work.

Integrity means honesty and consistency. This value is the hallmark of the Specialized Industrial Applications team recognized by many customers, maintaining customer satisfaction and long-term cooperative relationships, from doing service level contract maintenance to providing product knowledge to customers despite the challenge of adhering to the COVID-19 protocol. Integrity in the end shows commitment to the job, projects and business partners you are responsible for.
