Our client’s core businesses include property investment and property development, infrastructure, construction and development of hotels in China and Hong Kong. For their new high-end culture and arts complex, which is targeted to affluent visitors like VIPs, art lovers and high-spending individuals, they required a customized car park solution to reflect the luxurious journey of cultural expedition combined with the exceptional shopping experience.

Challenge

As our client wanted to be the pioneer in providing innovative car park facilities for their new building project, they needed an advanced custom-built automated system that was able to manage a car park facility to handle over 1,200 cars coming into the building.

To develop a streamlined shopping experience, the parking infrastructure also needed to be connected to the building’s security systems and the shopping mall’s membership platforms. The parking system also needed to be connected to retailers’ customer management systems so that visitors can be automatically directed to current store promotions, seasonal offers and each store’s membership privileges.
