The customer is a subsidiary of one of the three largest food companies in South Korea. Specializing in the production of confectionery and snacks, they have captivated consumers in Vietnam with its diverse range of delectable offerings.

Challenge

The customer required petri dishes for better quality control in microbiology testing. After evaluating numerous suppliers, they opted for our petri dishes due to several key reasons including superior hardness of the consumable items. They were ideal for microbiological examination, whether through surface plating or plate pouring techniques.

The products had to be delivered sterile, ensuring no microbiological contamination. The petri dishes also had to be compatible with the customer’s automatic plate pouring machine. Since there were two main distributors offering similar petri dishes in the market, we had to prepare a well-rounded proposal for the customer.

Approach

Our key focus was to ensure that we did not just merely send the products over. Petri dishes must be kept sterile and remain safe and sterile until they are used for microbiology testing.

Our team implemented rigorous measures to protect the products and prevent contamination throughout the delivery journey. We meticulously applied additional layers of protective wrapping to the cartons in-house, ensuring that each item remained intact and shielded from potential damage. These additional layers of wrapping provided robust protection against physical damage, was designed to withstand rough handling, impacts, and external pressures, and included special care to guard against sharp objects and potential damage during transit or storage.

Furthermore, these extra precautions were specifically designed to prevent any dust, moisture, and contaminants from penetrating the cartons, maintaining the product's integrity and sterility until it reached its destination. By prioritizing these protective measures, we aimed to uphold our commitment to delivering excellence and ensuring customer satisfaction.

We also introduced our comprehensive portfolio of consumables including blender bags which were essential for their microbiology testing process.

Result

The customer chose to order from us due to the additional safety services we offered during delivery. The customer was deeply satisfied with our team’s value-added support services and the delivery which included safety packaging solutions.

Despite the enhanced protective measures, there were no delays in delivery time; items were delivered promptly and in perfect condition, meeting the high standards expected by our customer.
