Following the win in the “Outstanding Sustainable Transportation” category in 2023, DKSH is named as “Pioneer in Waste Reduction” this year, evidenced by efficient initiatives with significant results and proper strategies.

As a result of reducing nearly 70% of waste compared to last year, by applying digitalization and innovation in the process of packaging and storage, DKSH has been awarded as a “Pioneer in Waste Reduction” succeeding the achievement for the second time in a row, after winning the category of “Outstanding Sustainable Transportation” in 2023. Additionally, DKSH is continuously accelerating its journey to green growth by recycling and reusing carton boxes in transportation, replacing plastic wrap with elastic cords in storage and many other solutions at all locations. Furthermore, DKSH is bridging the gap to the goal of reducing waste in the distribution centers with the application of RF system and other initiatives in the process modernization and paperless projects for its distribution centers. DKSH’s employees have consistently raised awareness about waste management on a daily basis through regular educational workshops.
The “Corporate Sustainability Award”, presented annually by Nhip Cau Dau Tu magazine, is a prestigious award to honor the businesses’ efforts and endeavors in the journey towards a more sustainable future through impactful initiatives with 16 categories focusing on three eternal values: Environment – Social – Governance. This recognition aligns with the government’s emphasis on sustainability in business and the national commitment to achieving net zero emissions by 2050, as set forth in the COP26 targets.
