The 18-month Management Trainee Program aims to develop the required management capabilities and functional competences through on-the-job learning and coaching, formal training, cross-functional exposure, and project assignments. The management trainees will rotate across different functions in one of the below streams to gain all-round exposure of the business.

  • Stream 1.1:     Healthcare – Consumer Health 
  • Stream 1.2:     Healthcare – Pharmaceutical 
  • Stream 2:     Fast Moving Consumer Goods
  • Stream 3:     Supply Chain Management

  • Dynamic and energetic culture
  • Exposure to different department and functions
  • On-the-job mentoring and training
  • Leadership development

  • University graduate with excellent academic achievements
  • Less than two years of professional experience
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit, passionate and committed to develop your career with DKSH.
  • Leadership potential with excellent interpersonal skills and strong sense of responsibility
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin

We will take Management Trainee’s career aspirations and skillsets as well as our program design and business needs into consideration. The Management Trainee may or may not be rotated to their desired functions.
