Missioned to grow future leaders, DKSH Management Trainee Program (MTP) has been evolved since its commencement in 2007. Vanessa Ho, our 2019 MT graduate of Healthcare, has landed on the position of Assistant Manager, Product Management in Consumer Health team.

During the 18-months job rotation program, she was assigned to three commercial teams and has gained comprehensive exposure from operations to business mentality. Regular sharing sessions were scheduled to facilitate feedback and self-reflections between her and her direct managers, project leaders and senior management. It aimed to review and further identify her needs, skill-set gaps and development.

Through learning from doing, from failures, from successes, from teamwork, and from empowerment, Vanessa is well equipped to take on future challenges. Her instrumental contribution to a new product launch project is exemplary. From contract signing, brand building, product regulatory, to packaging and labeling and final product launch, she materialized her learning from the MTP into excellence demonstration.
