The establishment of this new facility in South Jakarta expands DKSH’s capabilities by complementing the existing savory applications center, ensuring dedicated support for both sweet and savory food and beverages as separate specialized laboratories. The new innovation center features cutting-edge resources designed to enhance product development with formulations tailored to local palates, improving taste, texture, and stability, as well as extending shelf-life. The advanced equipment allows for high-precision mixing, grinding, heating, and controlled processing, ensuring that formulations meet industry standards and consumer expectations.
