Vertiv product registration Used for Resellers and End users to register their warranty information. Please note you can only register product(s) within Indonesia. The serial number will be validated against our records. If in doubt please contact service.iapid@dksh.com

Terms and conditions

  1. Warranty information need to be register not later than 10 working days after purchase
  2. Warranty of DPG product is 2 years from purchase date
  3. Warranty only cover broken due to manufacture problem, validate by DKSH Authorized Service Engineer 
  4. Warranty void, if:
  • Broken due to human error by user itself
  • Warranty card/information registered late than 10 days from purchase date
  • Warranty card information different with the broken unit information
