Warranty program

Terms and conditions:

1. Only applicable to DPG products UPS 600VA-5kVA under warranty period
2. All warranty regsiter must be done not later than 10 working days from purchase date
3. Unit warranty must be register to DKSH, User can register warranty unit by:
   1.     Sending filled warranty card & purchase invoice to the address state on warranty card
   2.     Email to service.iapid@dksh.com with attached photo of warranty card & purchase invoice
   3.     Through the product registration page
4. User can submit warranty claim through call center +6221 6230 4197 and email to service.iapid@dksh.com with all information required
5. DKSH will validate user information and inform back warranty status within 24 hours (working hour Monday-Friday from 09.00 - 17.00 WIB)
6. For unit under warranty, user are require to send back defect unit to nearest service center or DKSH office
7. User need confirm defect unit delivery status to DKSH in order for DKSH to start process delivery replacement unit to user
8. Unit replacement subject to stock availability with the same specification
9. Delivery lead time subject to forwarder policy for each area/city
