Our Business Line Advanced Metals supplies high-quality titanium and its alloys, special steel products, aluminium, metal powder and precision parts and components.

We are mainly focusing on the medical/orthopedic industry, but also supply into other high tech fields such as aerospace, mechanical engineering and automotive.

We have a strong market position in the European market and are expanding quickly in the emerging markets of Asia and South America.

We have direct access to major mills and we source any kind of medical grade metals that our customers may specify from a comprehensive network of renowned stockholders worldwide, making DKSH Advanced Metals a true “one stop shop” for medical OEMs and subcontractors.

In addition to our close relationships to Western and Japanese mills, DKSH was a pioneer in sourcing Chinese high tech material (such as medical grade titanium) for international medical device manufacturers. We have created dedicated China sourcing competence.

If your needs extend beyond raw materials, we are pleased to introduce our partners for value-added services and subcontracting such as forging and machining.
 

Products we offer

Product Group Titanium provides Market Expansion Services around titanium and titanium alloy products like bars, sheets, strips, foils, plates, catering to the medical, aerospace, automotive, and machinery industries. We offer to supply both mill quantities and but also Vendor Managed Inventory to key customers, with Ti6AL4V ELI and Ti6AL7Nb grade products from Japanese manufacturers as our main products.
 

Our Product Group High-Performance Metals offers Market Expansion Services for special metal grades/ products like stainless steel, high nickel alloys and other specialized metal products for chemical, petrochemical, medical, electronic, automotive, and power generation applications. Products include bars, plates, sheets, coils, foils, precision strips etc., from major Japanese manufacturers.

Product Group Metal Powder offers Market Expansion Services for metal powder products from leading Japanese metal powder producers. Our portfolio includes powders of stainless steels, titanium and its alloys, high-nickel alloy materials for MIM (metal injection molding) and PM (powder metallurgy sintering).
