DKSH Consumer Goods commits to sustainability, leveraging solar panels and electric vehicles (EV) to reduce carbon emissions and drive a positive impact on Thailand’s communities and environment.

Bangkok, Thailand, April 30, 2024 – DKSH Business Unit Consumer Goods, a leading partner for companies seeking to grow their consumer goods business in Asia and beyond, proudly announces its latest sustainability initiative with the successful installation of solar panels and the implementation of electric trucks at its Bangna KM. 20 Distribution Center in Thailand.

This move is poised to make a positive impact, with an estimated reduction of 325 tons of carbon emissions annually. This reduction is equivalent to planting 450 trees yearly and decreasing fossil fuel consumption by 250 tons annually. By embracing renewable energy and cleaner transportation solutions, DKSH Consumer Goods continues to demonstrate its commitment to environmental stewardship and corporate responsibility.

Aligned with the corporate commitment to sustainability, DKSH is steadfast in its goal to become a sustainable logistics partner with responsible programs, implementing sustainable warehouse and transportation practices. Moreover, DKSH is dedicated to achieving climate neutrality in its own operations by 2030.
