The sensitivity of the method is comparable to that used in clinical laboratory-based analysis of nasopharyngeal swabs & saliva samples for SARS-CoV-2.
  • Turn-key solution: we supply, commission, and support the surveillance equipment, assist with entire implementation process and on-going supply of consumables and reagents and quality control management.
  • Additional layer not an alternative: several businesses in New Zealand have successfully implemented this solution to strengthen their risk management. This solution does not directly replace the need for confirmatory diagnostic testing of individuals.

How Can I Use This In My Organisation?

  • Schools / sports clubs / churches

    • Saliva samples from staff members, including teachers and administrative staff, collected first thing in the morning of the allocated test day and tested
    • Each class has a test on the same day and only students in tested pools with negative result are allowed on school fields/halls
    • If any sample returns non-negative result, corresponding individuals are asked to return home, self-isolate and the family notified to get a diagnostic test
