To replicate the physical appearances, textures and sensory qualities of meat, while providing optimal conditions for cell proliferation and differentiation, it is definitely a difficult task. Therefore, we have invited special speakers - Ramasamy Srinivas (Cellivate Technologies) and Teck Chia Lee (LAUDA Singapore) - to help us understand and tackle the problems for cell-culture and cultivating meat processes. With these new solutions and technologies, you will be able to further optimize your cultured meat technology and bring it up to the next level.

Our Speakers

Srinivas Ramasamy is the Chief Technology Officer in Cellivate Technologies. Srinivas has over thirteen years’ experience in Molecular Biology, Immunology, Dermatology and Genomics research and development projects. With a background in technology and innovation management, and a strong track record in product development in cross-disciplinary collaborative environments, this equips him with the ability to share Cellivate Technologies' solutions with the world.

Teck Chia Lee is the Managing Director in LAUDA Singapore. Teck Chia has over 15 years of experience in chromatography and temperature control projects. He joined LAUDA in 2015 as a Regional Sales Manager, where he focused on channel management and business development in Southeast Asia. In 2020, he was assigned to be the Managing Director for LAUDA Singapore, where he focused on supporting the business in Singapore.
