Working with Bangkok-based water management systems provider, Kittithanapat Engineering Company (KTP), DKSH introduced Cummins powerpack solutions to help ease Thailand’s water crisis, while minimizing the impact on the communities.

These self-contained power units are fully customizable to suit different needs and can be used for a wide variety of industries including agriculture, construction, mining, and emergency services. During the rainy season, the pumps can swiftly remove excess water from flood-prone agricultural areas and efficiently transfer it to reservoirs or ponds.

Through our provision of 60 units of the systems, the customer and the respective agencies including the Royal Irrigation Department and the Department of Water Resources were able to better support the Government’s critical water management plan aimed at easing the market’s water crisis and floods.

Through our swift action, we played a vital role in mitigating potential harm to individuals and communities during water-related emergencies. The introduction of these powerpack solutions marks a significant step towards sustainable water management in Thailand.
