Gerber Technology has been present in Thailand for over 25 years and almost 90 percent of all its customers are manufacturers involved in the apparel industry. While they continue to expand their presence within the apparel industry, they were keen to also penetrate the non-apparel industries in Thailand.

In addition, Gerber Technology was also seeking out for a better way to manage and track their sales operations for the Thailand market.

Approach

After listening to the client’s needs, we proposed a comprehensive market entry strategy and marketing plan to build awareness and attract customers from various key industries.
