Challenge

According to a report by Inkwood, Vietnam's skincare industry is poised to reach USD 1.3 billion by 2028, marking a significant 6.47% CAGR increase from 2022. This growth is attributed to rising demand for sensitive skin products and a heightened focus on personal health among Vietnamese consumers.

In anticipation of this growth, local and global enterprises are strategically planning cooperative efforts and long-term initiatives to reach consumers.

Approach

In March 2024, we partnered with LG Vina to extend the reach of its derma-cosmetic line, Physiogel. Recognizing the burgeoning skincare market in Vietnam, LG Vina aimed to boost the brand’s presence and recognition among consumers in the market.

This partnership is a pivotal component of the brand's development strategy, aimed at bringing Physiogel closer to Vietnamese consumers through various channels including pharmacy chains, health and beauty care outlets, and online platforms.

Among the various omnichannel services we provide to boost the brand presence of Physiogel in Vietnam, the An Khang pharmacy chain stands as one of our key strategic partners. It plays a vital role in expanding access to quality nutrition, derma-cosmetics, and consumer health products in the market.

An Khang, established in 2002 and subsequently acquired by the Mobile World Group in 2017, has emerged as the third-largest pharmacy chain in Vietnam with over 500 outlets. As a leading pharmacy chain, An Khang prioritizes stocking genuine healthcare products.

To meet the growing consumer interest in health products, besides Physiogel, we also supply An Khang with a diverse range of offerings spanning nutrition, derma-cosmetics, consumer health, and consumer goods.
