4. Who may have access to your personal data and why?

DKSH will store your personal data as long as necessary for the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice, unless a longer or shorter retention period is required or permitted by law or unless you request that your data be deleted.

DKSH has implemented technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss or alteration and unauthorized disclosure or access to your personal data. These measures include training of our personnel who may have access to your personal data.

You have the right to request information on what personal data we hold about you and to request the correction or deletion of your personal data that is held by a third party with whom we conduct business or by us. Further, you have a right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint to your supervisory authority. Also, please note that these privacy rights are not absolute, and we reserve the right to enforce the restrictions imposed by law.
