Characterizing Complementary Oligos with OpenSPR™ Application note

Oligonucleotides offer a promising approach for the development of vaccines and therapeutics, including for gene expression conditions. Tools that accurately characterize these molecules are imperative for continued progress of life-saving research. In this application note, we demonstrate OpenSPR's applicability in characterizing sequences of complementary oligonucleotides by measuring binding affinity and kinetics with accuracy, precision and reproducibility.
