Using our broad infrastructure network, strong local market knowledge and longstanding relationships with prescribers, we created a differentiation strategy for our client to ensure they focused on the right patients and doctors.
Several activities were implemented to regenerate attention for the mature oncology product. This included organizing a symposium featuring international speakers and case study discussions among key prescribers in the country. DKSH also helped the client build strong networking ties with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and influencers in Thailand.
