Recognizing these market challenges, DKSH’s sales team proactively engaged with customers, providing tailored analytical solutions, particularly for downstream products such as plastics and polymers. This included conducting on-site surveys at the customer's facility and facilitating the shipment of samples to Bruker’s laboratory in Thailand for sample testing measurements. The process was completed within two weeks, showcasing our team’s professionalism and commitment.
We introduced the Bruker NMR MQ20 system, the first of its kind in Vietnam distributed by DKSH, marking a significant milestone for the industry. We provided a synchronized solution while meeting all the requirements. We provided products and solutions with high quality and accuracy, from installation to maintenance services.
In this project, we worked closely with Bruker to provide consulting and support for customers. We consistently follow up with customers and foster strong relationships. Despite stiff competition from rival brands offering similar solutions and aggressive pricing, we excelled due to our in-depth technical advisory capabilities, exceptional support in research and application development, and close collaboration between the sales team and business partners.
