As demand for the company’s services rises over the years in Laos, they needed to scale up on production capacity as well.

Also, their existing equipment, which has been in use for over ten years, was susceptible to operational problems or potential breakdowns.

Approach

We supplied the Agilent Cary 60 spectrophotometer as it was the perfect fit to meet their optical manufacturing production goals and deliver consistent high quality products to their business customers. The solution has a wavelength range of 190–1100 nm that can be scanned in under three seconds. Our versatile UV-Vis spectrophotometer can be fitted with long pathlength cuvettes and solid sample transmission or reflectance accessories and is ideal for remote UV-Vis absorbance analysis.

Result

Since the implementation of the new equipment, our customer has been very satisfied with the high-quality and reliability of the equipment.

Because of our strong after-sales services which includes preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and spare parts supply, our customer has been able to maintain their production quality without having to worry about breakdowns.
