There is no denying artificial intelligence (AI)’s importance in marketing. McKinsey believes that it has the potential to create up to USD 2.6 trillion of value in marketing and sales across the business world.
As social distancing measures, prompted by the COVID-19 pandemic, have decreased face-to-face meetings and direct contact, virtual and augmented reality makers are taking the opportunity to fulfill this natural need to communicate.
One interesting area is on group socialization. As we cannot be physically present, a VR/AR tool that lets individuals imitate the hallway conversations or a business networking event with the appropriate realistic environment is truly priceless.
